“The CPC’s mission is to assist the Planning Board through discussions with residents and property owners to determine what they would like to see enacted to maintain and protect the town’s environment and character for the future, and to provide recommendations and proposals to the Planning Board for changes to the existing planning and zoning regulations that will fulfill Groton’s Vision Statement and Principles of the Master Plan adopted on December 27, 2017.”
