Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes

February 5, 2008

In Attendance:  David Leone (Chair), Michael Brogna, Richard O’Connor, Pamela Hamel (Administrative Assistant)

Audience Members Present

Meeting began after budget hearing.

Dave called the meeting to order at 10:12pm.

Dave read the selectmen’s meeting minutes of Jan. 29, 2008 to the audience.

Mike noted the adjourned time should have read 7:48pm instead of 8:48pm.

Dave made a motion to accept the meeting minutes as amended, Mike 2^nd, all in favor, so voted.

Dave made a motion to sign the Eastern Analytical Landfill and Gas Testing Quote, Rich 2^nd, all in favor, so voted.

Dave made a motion that each member of the Board review the draft letter for the Forest Legacy Project during the week, Mike 2^nd, all in favor, so voted.

Copies of the letter have been forwarded to the Conservation Commission.

Dave made a motion to sign the Fire Warden, Deputies, and Agents Appointment forms, Rich 2^nd, all in favor, so voted.

Dave read a letter from the Conservation Commission requesting that Mike Brogna be appointed as the selectmen’s liaison for the Commission.

Dave made a motion to appoint Mike Brogna as the selectmen’s liaison for the Conservation Commission, Rich 2^nd, Mike abstained, all in favor, so voted.

Dave made a motion that the  2007 Annual Landfill Monitoring Report be left in the Selectmen’s office for the board to review, Mike 2^nd, all in favor, so voted.

Dave made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:22pm, Rick 2^nd, all in favor, so voted.
